Since 100% perfection is not very common in this hobby, we are unable to provide any exchange, partial refund or store credit for very minor manufacturer related imperfections as we don't have any control in such a minor issues. These models are mainly hand made arriving from factory with variety of minor issues and we can not offer to any customer any 100% perfect model.
All sales are final. No return accepted unless authorized. In the event a return granted, the model needs to be returned in its original package without having any repair. Based on the nature of the return, we offer either refund or store credit. Shipping fee is non refundable

Please note that since early 2025, all USA custom regulations has been changed and we lost cost effective USPS shipping carrier which handling all off our USA shippings. Now we are forced to use other shipping carriers which offering much higher shipping rates therefore the shipping rate to USA in our listings does not reflect correct shipping cost . Please contact us prior to your purchase to get a shipping quote to USA or you will be asked to pay the difference if you already paid without contacting us
We are selling the same models in eBay and we ask USA customers to buy the models in our eBay page , especially bigger size models such as 1:200 wide body jets, since eBay offer reasonable shipping cost in their platform. USA customers please do not buy big size models ( 1:200 & 1:72 airplane models and 1:12 & 1:18 car models ) in our website as shipping cost may be highly expensive.
